Wedding celebration on the 15th April 2011
'Thank you so much to Morrells for making our dream wedding come true! We loved every minute of our special day, and couldn't have asked for anything better. We were thoroughly spoilt by having the coordinator and her experienced team looking after every final detail to bring all our ideas to life.
Each and every member of staff at Morrells epitomises hospitality: no request is too big or too awkward, service is always 'with a smile' and all our guests were made to feel completely at home. Even the weather couldn't put a dampner on it, and when I saw the storm approaching I wasn't the slightest bit concerned, as I knew that the coordinator would have a back up plan, or two, to put in place!
The decor is exquisite, the food is sublime, the atmosphere is exactly what I dreamed of for our wedding and we had the night of our lives! Thank you!'

I cannot even think of the right words to adequately express my absolute delight with Saturday night!!! My friends and family were in awe. My two friends who stayed in the guest house were also very, very happy. Many many thanks! The evening turned out to be far more than I could ever have wished for. Everything was perfect – to the smallest detail. And the food was in abundance – please tell the chef I was delighted. I will gladly become a brand ambassador for Morrells! Morrells took my breath away, I found it astonishing the first time I visited “The Jewel of JHB”, we knew immediately that this was the most exquisite and magical place to get married at, there was no need to even look at other venues. The attention to detail and service was without fault, your staff were extremely efficient and so well turned out. All our family & guests were highly impressed by the décor and ambience of the piano room not to mention the beautiful music played on the baby grand – what a lovely atmosphere! The food was absolutely divine,
the chapel looked so heavenly & romantic - as you know we even had to go back in after the service to have another look as we were so impressed.

Our plan was to give them a preview of the delights of DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom Fragrance…was this destined to be a wash out?
